NEWER REVIEW: Added an additional star since my previous review, even though the so-called schezwan eggplant and tofu was soggy and was more like sweet and sour. I ordered it medium spicy, but the flavour just wasn't there. It was a huge portion, however. This was my May 2026 order via Grubhub. The fried tofu appetizer was excellent, and also a huge portion. Our first time to this restaurant. Walked in for dinner around 6:00 on a Saturday. Surprised to find it empty...no customers. Place could use a face-lift. Seemed outdated. No music, no atmosphere. But waitress was exceptional. The food was rather plain but okay. One of the dishes we ordered was the Healthy choice/Steamed shrimp, chicken, broccoli and snow peas dish. The food is good, better than all the other local Chinese places but I would rate them as a “4” in this category. Although, they do have the best hot and sour soup. Wait staff is attentive and helpful. The menu is extensive with over 150 items. Most of their business seems to be take out/pick up as a steady stream of people coming in for their orders.
