Speed of service both in store and the drive thru seem to be an issue with the few times I've visited this store. Staff is friendly but definitely not at a pace that encourages efficient and timely service.

The red head barista has a terrible personality. It is not my fault that you are terrible at your job and because I simply wanted it remade; she grabbed the drink with attitude and threw it in the sink. Very narc if you ask me. This only happens in my opinion because EVERY drink she has ever made was absolutely terrible. I drink the same every time and she is the only one who makes it so bad. She is also the only one with a terrible attitude. This is a very clean Starbucks with lots of seating. We visited when they promoted coffee with a cop. We we're able to meet a lot of decent public servants. They even had one of their service animals.

I get Starbucks 4-8 a week from the Hemet Area and this store usually messes up my mom’s Matcha Latte. I mobile ordered my mom’s drink with no foam and again for the 3rd time at this location it has been coming in with a lot of foam. By the time I get home and scoop out the foam the drink is about half way with milk. Instead of a 20oz drink it’s a 12oz drink. At this point you guys me a drink. For the minor stuff that I don’t care about but since I’m here writing this review, minus we’ll mention it. It is evident that I am picking up the drinks by myself and obviously I need a cup holder w
