Took my kiddo out for lunch today. She got her kids meal, and i got a medium combo. I wasnt helped for at least 7 minutes before someone took my order. Then the girl at the window hands me my drink, with a lid that barely fits, so it spilled all over me. Then when I get home, I notice little black flakes in my drink. I immediately poured out our drinks, and the ice had black mildew, which tells me their ice machine has not been cleaned in quite a while. Terrible place. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy

We purchased a 20 dollar coupon order in which we were given 3 fries. All 3 fries were made with VERY OLD OIL!!! Those fires were nasty no one was able to eat them so we threw them away without even wanting an exchange however I called the place and the manager answered had no sympathy nor empathy towards loyal paying customer. These are the kind of people sitting behind the counter doing who knows what to your food. Very disappointing since we never had issues before. Hope management makes the necessary changes

I came in on Monday morning the 13th. It wasn't busy at all. My review and rating is about the short and stout manager running the drive thru and front end. He lacked aby sort of customer service skills nor empathy for his crew. I learned his name was Nick. His poor attitude started when I ordered at the counter. He seemed to rush me and visibly gave me a lpokmup and down which made me uncomfortable. He then walked away mid transaction without saying anything. I paid and was just waiting. When he he retrned he had an iced coffee I had ordered that was mostly cream, I'm not even sure of the

The staff seemed a bit unorganized and confused when I pulled up. I ended up waiting for 26 minutes for my order, then by the time I got home the food was cold. The drive thru guy was apologizing hard and look I get it but… all my food was cold and the lettuce on my chicken sandwiches was old, browning and limp. I wanted to try the “new and improved” whopper and it was good the best part of the meal. I’ll try a different BK next time.
