We love Panda Express for fast food Chinese, no matter where you go there always pretty consistent, this location always has good hot food, the parking can be a bit of a mess as it's tiny and there's only one entrance and exit. Customer service is good, most of the time they're friendly and expedient, the place is usually clean as well, there is another one near here on college and horizon but I like this one a little bit better.

Andrew and Peggy would be extremely dissatisfied with how this restaurant runs. I was hired to be a secret shopper and purchase off the menu. I’ve never tried spicy orange chicken and had asked to sample it before I placed a full order of it. The lady was rude to me and said they don’t do samples. Mind you I’ve been too tons of panda express’s and have never been told this. She then ignored me when I placed my order so I had repeated myself three times and then she told me hold on because she was working on an online order but I wasn’t aware of that. I only ordered a bowl with broccoli and bee

They help out the mobile orders first. Even as a single person walking into an empty lobby. I stood there waiting to be helped. No employees could be found. Only the chef. Then a few mobile orders walked in and immediately someone comes out of the blue. Walking right past me with no acknowledgement and helps out 5 other mobile orders before even saying hello. There really should be someone to help out the people standing in line. Whoever sends a mobile order can wait in line and wait their turn. Just like everyone else. There was a manager interviewing somebody at the time.Hopefully they fill
