I went last night around 10:15 pm after work and not only heard the horrible service but also received it. The worker was a male in a grey shirt and he was extremely rude. He kept make smart remarks to customers who were asking questions about what they were ordering such as telling a customer over drive through “it’s not rocket surgery man” but basically raising his voice at the customer and everyone who ordered. There were people leaving after taking their order because the line was so long and we had to wait 5+ minutes for food to come out. I am disappointed with how horrible the service wa

this was absolutely horrible. He refused to give me my receipt was extremely disrespectful when I was trying to order and gave me attitude when I told him nicely that one of the drinks needed no ice and came back at me said I didn’t ask for no ice when I repeatedly said no ice. This was one of the worst service I’ve gotten fast food in a while and It happened several times when i go. if you don’t like your job, maybe you shouldn’t be working if you’re that disrespectful and grumpy.

I asked for well done, light salt on freshly cooked fries, said it twice and the young man at the window said everything was fresh. I proceeded to leave while tasting my fries and noticed they weren't freshly cooked. I turned around went back to drive thru and asked again for fresh fries. He said, that's all we have until the truck comes in the morning! I said, WHY didn't you say that while I was ordering and I wouldn't have ordered a meal. Refund me the difference of my order. He said they didn't have a way to refund money back on your card, but he wrote on my receipt to receive a Free order

This is not a high traffic area. Supervisor was confused and disorganized. The three additional workers were lackluster and all over the place. If they were running In-N-Out on a slow hours, they would collapse. There were two drive thru & three walk-ins. They can't even figure out whose order is who's. Their chili station looks like it hasn't been wiped down ever. One just keeps on looking between the fry station & the screen repeatedly with a long pause. I know it's been awhile since we've visited this place but now I don't think I'll come by again. There's hardly any Wendy's in Henderson t
