As a regular customer, I would come here every morning to get my coffee. It’s just a hot coffee with a little bit of cream and one Stevia, yet consistently made wrong, or not made it all after I’ve already ordered online and confirmed ready. I will never be visiting this location again. Loyal customer lost.

I had a very concerning experience at this Starbucks. I ordered a single drink priced at $5.95. When I got to the drive-thru window, the employee told me my total was $5.95. Before handing me the card reader, the employee had already selected a tip option on the screen. I was never given the opportunity to choose a tip amount myself. I then tapped my card to pay, expecting to be charged the stated total of $5.95. After the payment went through, I noticed the terminal showed $11.43 instead. I immediately asked for a receipt.
