So I come here all the time....today my Free donut with a drink coupon didn't work. Girl asked to see it. I showed her, she slides the redeem my points slider and says there you go. I said what are you doing I don't want to redeem my points. She said that's how you get the free donut, and why it's not working. I said no, I just showed you the coupon,it says free donut with a drink. You scan the barcode and the donut should come off since I bought a large coffee. She took it off anyways as a courtesy, but I said I've never heard that you have to redeem your points in order to use a coupon. I lo

We went to the grand re opening today. And it was awesome. We were able to get 10 timbits for $10. And free donuts for kids to decorate. My daughter got an apron, a hat and a certificate to decorate. And free gifts. We got a stainless steel mug, key chain and a cup. Also they had balloon animals and face paint. We are glad we went there today.

I have been going here regularly, except the last month they have been unable to make any hot milk drinks (hot cappuccino, latte, anything with steamed milk). It started with their espresso machine being down 2 full weeks, immediately followed by their steamer being inoperative going on 2 weeks and counting at the time of writing this review. For being a brand new remodel, they surely are using shoddy equipment. The dunkin down the road works though

I love the Tim Hortons on 1580 Jefferson Rd. They have the freshest donuts and The most delicious coffee. The staff is super friendly and efficient, it’s a quick easy In-N-Out . It makes my day to go there in the morning.
