My food cold or tasted funny. I got two tacos and some curly fries. The tacos were hot on the outside but the meat was still like room temperature if not cooler. My curly fries tasted like corn. Like they had been frying tortillas in the same oil that they freed the french fries in. They were both rather disgusting. The customer service was great. And the atmosphere was standard for a fast food restaurant. It wasn't very busy. Still, will not be returning because of how awful the food was.

The older hispanic man is unprofessional and very rude. I pulled up to the drive thru and I waited over 5 minutes at the speaker and no matter how many times I asked if someone was there I got no response. I decided to go to the window because I figured maybe the speaker was broken and when I got there I told a younger hispanic lady at the window what happened. She went and asked the man (who I am complaining about) what to do and he said I can order here at the window but I will need to park up front. I don’t get this Jack in the Box. At night, it appears they take an order at the drive thru, then cook that order, give it to the person that ordered it, and then takes the next order in line. Why do I think this? Because as I write this, I’ve been in line for 22 minutes. There were three cars in front of me. Two have gone through. The third car is at the ordering screen and has yet to give his order. He pulled up and I heard the worker say “hold on” about 8 minutes ago. Rude. Went inside to order and as soon as I was inside I heard the workers talking about not wanting anymore people to come inside to order food and they still had 1 hr and a half open for dine in. Don’t rely on their dine in time since they seem to dictate that on their own.
