My family and I came here on a Sunday during lunch time. We had no reservation, and we only waited 20 minutes. Our server Aimee was very attentive, and the food came out very quickly. The food presentation was absolutely amazing, and the food tasted even better. I will definitely come back to First Watch in Hermitage! Ask for Aimee, she was amazing.

Never tried this place before since I moved here and I wish I had it sooner. Had a elmon blueberry cornbread along with steak chimmichurri hash and my partner had biscuits n gravy with eggs n potatoes and it was amazing. Highly recommended, very fast service too.

This First Watch is excellent. We had a couple of issues (sometimes, shtuff happens),but our server was right on top of it and they were resolved quickly. Nicki was an amazing server! They have excellent customer service here. The food was amazing. The Million Dollar Bacon is a must have and so are the Million Dollar potatoes. The service... impeccable! The atmosphere is cozy, some noise, but easy to visit and have conversations. I highly recommend First Watch.
