I had an amazing experience while at this location. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and it was cooked perfectly! The fries were hot and nicely seasoned. I bumped into a young man, Camero, that worked there and he was extremely welcoming. I will definitely be back soon to visit!!!

I went through the drive thru and there was a young girl there that seemed to not want to be working at that moment. She was extremely slow and had the worst attitude. My sister and I had separate orders. I ordered the 12 pc family meal and she gave me two containers of tea and realized that only one came with the meal and asked for one of them back. When my sister got her order of Bo round s my sister asked for ketchup. The drive thru lady said with an attitude "of course". My chicken was overcooked and hard. The fries were cold , the macaroni and cheese were inedible. I will not visit that

I only get back to NC a few times a year these days. Always look forward to some Bojangles! Boy was I disappointed. The service was fine but the chicken was horrible. It was hard and very dried out. Wasn't able to eat it and would have returned it if Id had time. Dry biscuit and cold fries rounded it out. Not the Bojangles I love and remember...
