The nice associate complimented my daughter’s outfit right as we walked in and then took our order and had it ready in a flash. Food was good, restaurant was clean. Employees seemed happy to be there. Associate came out a minute later and gave my kids panda keychains and wished us happy holidays. It was a lovely experience.

I ordered a 2 item entree with just noodles, orange chicken and Beijing beef. I got 5 pcs of chicken. I asked for more and the lady said “You get one scoop. Thats one scoop.” I come here a lot. It must be new management or owner. I don’t think Im coming back.

​I had a very disappointing and upsetting experience at this Highlands Ranch location. I was the first customer in the store and ordered a Family Meal. Despite being first, I watched the employee, "Beto/Roberto" give the remaining portions of my entree to a customer who came in after me. ​I was told to wait for a new batch, but once it came out, Beto continued to serve about 20 other people—including those ordering the same item—while I was ignored. I waited over 10 minutes and had to confront him myself. He was dismissive and didn't apologize until I voiced my concern about being treated diff
