Delicious Italian cuisine at a good price! There is a little wait sometimes but it is definitely worth it overall. The $6.99 lunch specials from 11AM-4PM are my suggestion. It comes with two food choices and a drink, what an excellent deal. I haven't tried the dinner options yet, only lunch ones, but I am interested in doing so in the future. Clean environment and very friendly and accommodating service. Overall, I would recommend Fazoli's.

Ordered from doordash and let's just say the expectation from the photo on the website was a far far far miss there's literally 5 small pieces of chicken and mushrooms and 9 pounds of pasta. If my car wasn't in the shop I'd drive up there and request it be corrected. Since I can't do that I'll eat it but you lost me as a customer. Very disappointed I've not eaten in 3 days because I'm out of work and money is pretty tight. I had hoped this this 20$ meal would stretch me 2 days but in was very wrong .

We stopped at the fazolis in southhaven, MS on 6/19/26 a placed an order close to 4pm. Traveling and exhausted. Daphne was lovely, customer service was on point. After she took our orders, she brought the breadsticks to the table and started cleaning table, staying constantly busy. Went back to front to take more orders. She told me she was waiting on the ziti and would bring it out to us but I let her know I wanted to order a marinara. After I paid the amount. They put the ziti in the window, she kindly asked the girl 2x if she could get a side of marinara, the girl didn’t acknowledge her. Sh

I drove from the across the bridge city to this restaurant just to buy #6 Baked spaghetti with meatballs. I said it twice, #6 Baked spaghetti with meatballs. When I got home it was not what I ordered. It was Penne with Spaghetti sauce. What a disappointment!!!! During my wait there was so much talking and cutting up by the men employees while someone right behind me kept waiting to put her order in. No one managing the front with 5 ( all I could see from the door) workers in the back. They need to get their act together and realize where they are; at work. Maybe my ordered dished would have g
