3 stars overall. Wendy needs to work on her communication with guests. She appears to do just fine with her job itself, however customer service and respect are top priorities to me. I do not sense those qualities in Wendy. Every interaction I have had with her is terrible and I feel truly disrespected. I practice being respectful in life and I expect the exact same in return or else I call out the injustice and stand up for myself like this! I went to Panda Express today around 5, and I just wanted to say how kind everyone was. From the people taking orders, to the ones filling up the plates, to the young man at the register, every single person was so nice. You can really feel when a place has good energy, and this one did. The young man at the register stood out, super friendly and welcoming. It honestly made my whole experience better. I’m really thankful for the team there. Their kindness makes me want to keep coming back. Great service like that matters.

The workers seems to hate their jobs, don't listen to you, forget items and don't do proper portions. I ordered the broccoli and beef and there was only 3 small peices of the beef and a ton of broccoli. They also forgot my daughter juice for their panda cub meal. I understand about them not being happy at some of their ages still working a teenagers job but atleast pretend to be happy while on the clock.

We came through around 9:00 at first and got our regular orders. As we were eating on the way home. We decided last minute to run and grab a couple more items. We got one order of spring rolls. Then after a nice small conversation with the girl on headset in drive thru. She asks us if we would like the last order of egg rolls since we were mentioning it.
