The smoked lamb shank tasted a little too dry, but the fat in it made the meat juicy and amazing. There were many raw meat at the open kitchen. The quality and texture of these meat looked amazing. The side rice and salad were perfectly matched with the meat. Many kinds of sauces were provided. The red sauce, sweet and spicy, was our favorite. Mashed potatoes were also amazing.
