The lady at the front counter was so sweet and friendly! You don't hardly see that anymore! I only ordered 3 items during lunch rush and got them pretty quick for how busy it was! I had a great experience! but I also noticed that they were stashed these days. Most of these places are shorthanded. The only bad thing about this location is the parking situation and drive-through is absolutely horrible. The drive-through line was so long. I almost couldn't even get out of the parking lot and I got my order to go, but I went inside to do it overall, it was still a good experience.

Me and my husband went thru drive thru had to wait for a whole 15 mins for our order and when we got it we headed on road and started to eat and noticed the meat was so burnt and it tasted so nasty and when I called the manger acted like he didn’t even care I’ll will be speaking to corporate and will be heading back to talk to someone who can make this right

If you want your order to be correct don’t come here. Every time I’ve gone through this drive-through and asked for a burger with no ketchup, they give me a burger, completely lathered in ketchup. They always ask me like three times to make sure that I don’t want ketchup and then they give me ketchup. This is genuinely the last straw for me. I’m never eating here again. My receipt, my bag and my wrapper also say no ketchup and my burger is covered in ketchup. This is not the first time it’s happened. This is not the second time it’s happened. This location is unacceptable. The employees were rude, and the food was awful. The bacon was raw, and the chicken both looked and tasted disgusting. This is not what customers should expect. Do better, Hobbs America Burger King!!
