Mariella★★★★★The food was delicious and FRESH. You can notice the quality in the bread, homemade mozzarella and prosciutto. They have savory items from salads, wraps, soups and panini sandwiches. We also had their coffee it was well made and tasted great. I truly enjoyed this place will be back soon. I love how they have both sweet and salty options.
Oliver Krisch★★★★★Dolce & Salato has become one of those rare places that elevates the everyday in Hoboken. A great deal of that comes from Gaby, an exceptional barista with the sensitivity of an artist and the discipline of a true craftsperson. There is precision in every cup, but also warmth, intuition, and a sense of care that makes the experience feel personal from the very first sip. What sets this place apart, above all, is the quality of its ingredients. You can taste the difference immediately. Nothing feels incidental here. The coffee, the pastries, and the savory dishes all reflect a deep respect for
Veronica Hill★★★I truly used to love Dolce. I have been a few times since ownership changes and it has gotten wildly expensive. Their lunch sandwiches are small, minimal ingredients, and about $20. I like the sandwiches but they FAR too expensive. Additionally, I ordered online for overnight oats, which I paid $10 thinking it was going to be a big and filling bowl of oatmeal and I went to pick it up and it was smaller than my hand. I absolutely cannot justify these prices.
Raquel Colon★★★★★I want to share how much I enjoyed my visit to this Italian bakery. From the moment I walked in, I fell in love with the place: cozy, with a decor that transports you directly to Italy. The service was excellent; the entire staff was very friendly and attentive. And best of all: the food! I tried several desserts, and each one was delicious; the quality and care taken in each preparation was evident. Without a doubt, this is a place I would return to again and again. Highly recommended for lovers of good pastries.
