This is a busy Panera that is clean and well run. It gets busy in the morning and at lunchtime. The employees are courteous and friendly. The bathrooms are always clean. They sometimes run out of bagels in the later morning and I have had to let them know that coffee dispensers were empty before. Aesthetically, this is one of the nicer Paneras. They have a nice seating area outside that is awesome when the weather cooperates.

For a business traveler, Panera bread is a guaranteed option. The selections are generally the same from city to city and the quality and portions always meet the standard. This location suffered from some cleanliness issues in the restrooms, the food pick up area and around the dining tables. It was evident that the areas had not been policed in a while when I was there for dinner. This did not take away from my food experience, but, it needed to be cleaned up. Overall, you cannot go wrong with Panera bread for a good quality meal. This location did not disappoint.

I came through the drive thru and ordered my Sip Club beverage and a spicy steak sandwich without the spicy. Came to the window and paid. Lauren came to the window and handed me my food. I asked if my points expire. She said they expire in 1 month but reset every time u buy something. She then looked and noticed I had a coupon that expired that day. It was for 50% off a sandwich when u buy one. I had bought a steak sandwich so she asked me if I wanted to get another sandwich. Or she said I could come back for lunch. Very rude management running the show, they just want to wrap my order and have us get out, i keep telling the lady behind the counter i need to order more items. She gave a devastating look. Very poor customer service
