This store lacks moral. Period! The poor drive thru young lady had to take control of the store essentially. If the blue shirt signifies management well the man stood on the cook line and just watched his store get backed up. It looked like they had a new girl at the counter. I was the only one in lobby at the time but that changed quickly as the line, mobile, orders and drive thru got backed up quick. To top it off I waited over 15 minutes for what was supper to be “fast”. The fries were cold and the bacon classic was horrible. Three other patrons had messed up orders and another couple they

Everytime I order from here through the mobile app I have to pull over and wait 10 minutes for my food. So you put order in, wait 10 minutes to go, so your food is ready when you arrive, and then you have to wait more because even though they receive your mobile order they dont do anything abkut it.. whats weird is when I order through the window, theres never a wait

Dear franchise Owners of Wendy's, No One likes your AI drive thru! It sucks! Get rid of it! I couldn't even ask for light ice in my drink or the most basic requests like no lettuce. Talk about a waste of technology and money! We ended up having to go into the restaurant to order food! If Wendy's keeps going with the AI stuff, you will soon find your restaurant chain to be closed. They already closed the one in Joliet!

Waited almost 10 minutes for our food, thinking ok it will be hot, nope ice cold. What the heck took so long then? Literally 5 cars behind us all came and got their food. We didn’t even have a big order!
