The staff were awesome, the food was good, but the building was incredibly run down. Three or four roof leaks actively dripping in the dinning room. The floor mat at the order counter was saturated in something sticky, seemed like a large side was spilled and absorbed.

Food was okay. It was very difficult to order. The person taking our order was really struggling to take our order. She was clearly stressed and confused. She called someone over to help show her how to add ketchup to an order. She got so flustered she said F profanity with our kids nearby. Honestly, hoping it was just an off day. It made it a pretty stressful situation for our family. I really didn’t like the food much, neither did my kids. Also there is a sneaky 3% service fee they do not tell you about at all. Ridiculous to charge fees like that and not just raise your prices to reflect

Nice little sliders and great Fries. The food was hot and fresh. I'm a North East transplant and the sliders give me White Castle vibes in a great way lol.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Worst fast food experience I've had in a long time, possibly ever. We only came for milkshakes and were informed they "don't do those" ...even though it was clearly on the menu and they had adds in the window and on the counter for a summer special flavor. The building itself appeared to have sustained storm damage and water leaks at least once that were not repaired (rusted air vents, peeling wallpaper, sagging ceiling tiles). Service appeared to be either untrained or rude as we asked about icee flavors after milkshakes were denied and response was that
