This Burger King refused to honor my mobile order that was placed and paid through the official app. I placed an order through the Burger King app. When I arrived, I was told part of it was unavailable, which is fine. I asked for a basic substitution, and Assistant Manager Frankie refused. He said the BK app is run by Burger King corporate, which is a “third party,” and not something this franchisee has to honor, highlighting that in-store prices are higher and more profitable. It’s fast food I guess, can’t expect much. I’m relatively satisfied nowadays when my order is O.K. This location is always O.K., meaning they just made a few mistakes that I could live with. Wanted one of those new Steakhouse Whoppers, added some pickles and Mozzarella sticks instead of fries, 15.00. The Whopper of course had no pickles and I was given Buffalo sauce for the Mozzarella sticks instead of Marinara. The Whopper had very little aioli and almost no A1, so it was too dry to swallow. I had to add ketchup to get’r down. I tossed the sticks away without the marinara. I took one

Warning: Do Not Eat Here!!! You will get food poisoning!!! Ordered through Door Dash THIS evening. My Impossible Whopper was cold and not cooked completely, and the rest of the ingredients were disgusting. The lettuce, tomato, and onion are very old; they are soggy and slimey. I thought that onion and tomato were STRANDS OF HAIR because they were so thin and SLIMEY. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of eating about half of this sandwich before realizing that it's not sanitary to eat. I will be on the toilet probably all night because of this.
