Been coming here for years, with a few hiccups based on poor delivery (outside of their own), all their pizzas have been great, except this time. Picked it up and it felt warm but upon checking it was wasn't cooked in the middle and was definitely under cooked in the middle, upon calling they just simply said "it was cooked to specifications" and refused to rectify it. For a loyal customer for year this is what I get? Ya ok... plenty of other options and I won't go out my way for your restaurant again.

I was in the area because my Dad had to have surgery. My hotel recommended Holyoke Pizza. They are the nicest people from the person taking the order and the driver delivering right to our door. Ordered two nights in a row and the good was fresh, hot and yummy both times.
