I won’t be getting anything else from them. They gave me and my daughter dirty cups of ice water. My daughter had an entire glob of dust and hair sitting in the bottoms of her cup!!!! They obviously don’t clean their ice machine, there’s no telling what else they don’t clean

The last three times I visited this location, I had to just leave and go to another source for my meal , even going to another Sonic location, the Homewood/ valley avenue location is in FACT a bad customer service location, so all the post I've heard are not lies. I've been enjoying Sonic before they arrive in Alabama while I traveled in Mississippi, the Homewood lactation should remove the sonic name, and or bring in a completely new staff to regain the customers trust, I'm now going to Gardendale to enjoy my Sonic.

I order last night at 1:05am and the person that took my order (kim) Im guessing she was the manager and she was nice but do not know how to control her stuff ! The lady with the pink shirt (she didn’t give me a name) but she called me and puppy VERY NASTY NAMES‼️ THEN PROCEEDED TO THREATEN MY SMALL DOG AND ME‼️ THE WHOLE CREW WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL‼️IF YOUR LOOKING FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVE THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU‼️

Did a mobile order. It started to rain hard so I was understanding at first. Then I saw 3 people step outside for a cigarette. After 30 minutes of waiting I pulled up to the drive thru and told them I had been waiting for a while and no one ever came out. This was their fault and they didn’t even offer to re-make my floats. They were melted. No “I’m sorry” no refund no nothing. Day shift is great. Night shift is trash.
