This is the worst store. You would think in Hoover to show some class. I waited several minutes at the speaker. When I pulled around to the window at least 6 people walking in circles. Three went outside as you can see in the pics. I paid for extra items and were charge for them. When I got home no items. Whenyou call back no one answers the phone, pathetic 😒 I could not believe this girl was sitting on the curb vaping. This isnot a good look.

This place is absolutely terrible. Everyone has a bad attitude and obviously do not listen to customers. I was in a hurry and hungry. Just reminds you to always check your order. I ordered a double bacon burger meal and received a whopper Jr meal. Needless to say I was dissapointed when I got home. I wasnt greeted when I walked in and when telling one employee to have a good day, I received a death stare. I went back later to get my money back and was greeted rudely by the manager, I suppose. 🚨 AVOID THIS BURGER KING LIKE THE PLAGUE 🚨 Location: 1555 Montgomery Hwy, Hoover, AL 35216 Today around noon I stopped at this Burger King and ordered a burger and a sweet tea. The woman taking my order already had an attitude over the intercom when she asked for me to repeat myself. Which I did, just a little slower and louder all I said was no ketchup. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Burger King in Hoover while picking up an Uber Eats order. When I walked in, there was zero acknowledgment—no greeting, no “be with you in a minute,” nothing. Just blank stares. I told them I was there for an Uber Eats order for Ashley B, and the employee looked at the screen, looked back at me, and did… nothing. After waiting several minutes, it became clear they hadn’t even started the order. Mind you, it was a simple order—two pies, two Oreo shakes, and two cookies.
