Just reading the menu had my mouth and stomach in a frenzy of excited anticipation. All the food sounded amazing and the reviews were icing on the cake. Once we got there the old creole atmosphere was waiting, and the interior was nostalgic with 30 years of past customers waving hello to us from signed dollar bills and signature that adored the walls, ceilings and booths. Employee sitting around eating food and watching people stand up, waiting to be seated without helping them. Everything is sticky and dirty nasty, way overpriced. The food was terrible with the exception of the catfish was very good. My meal that is gonna end up being $18 looks like a kids meal and is less than what you get at McDonald's.

First time visiting Hot Springs and not from the area. Upon talking to host to be seated, honestly almost left due to rude comment. But decided to give grace and try out the food based on reviews and location. The hostess was quickly apologetic of her comment and she did well serving us as well as they were understaffed that day. After this we had a great time. Outdoor seating was very nice and food was mostly all good. Don’t recommend the salsa starter.
