We left concord mills location because it was packed. The lady at their front desk told us it was a 30min wait, we put our name on the list and drove to this location, ate breakfast, and I still haven’t heard from ccmills location an hour and a half later. Sarah and Romie were both very personable and friendly! Sarah made sure everything we ordered was made to perfection! Thank you both for making our morning run smoothly! We appreciate it! The location appeared to be short staffed today; therefore, there was a bit of a wait but not too long around 11AM. Greeted by a hostess with a smile upon entry and told that there would be a brief wait. French Toast was hot enough for butter to melt and the maple syrup was warm. The waiter provided service promptly with a smile. He brought my water and took my order. Food came very quickly and it was delicious. Bacon was cooked to perfection, eggs a little hard but good. I always like to order to go because it shows how the quality of food holds up and Famous Toastery did not disappoint! It was extremely savory and well cooked. Everything had great flavor and was cooked perfectly. Pancakes had a subtle sweetness and did not taste cakey like most places. Syrup is a house syrup, its very light and sweet soaks up nicely. My scrambled eggs had a very nice amount of cheese and spinach. Everything tasted amazing! Thank you.
