I've been a frequent flyer to this location for about 2 years or so now. The staff is ALWAYS so welcoming and kind. They don't have a high turnover rate and I see why, they're wonderful. The restaurant is kept clean and they're on top of things like you'd hope. I love this location, I'm convinced it's the best in Louisville!!

Restaurant is under New Leadership effective 2 weeks ago. Went by as a guest during busy Friday rush today and got two loaded quesadillas, everything was delicious and service was friendly & prompt. Stopped by after leaving work and having Qdoba on my mind all day. Angello was a great help during my visit today. He greeted me upon walking in. The kind of rice I wanted was out and he went to go get a fresh batch. I really appreciate not having to wait. I did feel a bit awkward having to ask for his name at the end (name-tags or names printed on receipt) but I had to let him know he did an awesome job. I will be back.

The restaurant ran out of chicken and steak after i had ordered it a good 40 mintues ago(I originally ordered at 9:00), so i switched it to brisket, 20 minturs later then tell me their out of brisket too? Their only options were pork or ground beef so I canceled the order. Why even stay open if your missing half your ingredients? But I did enjoy the service it took to cancel my order, very swift and that the place did communicate what they were out of.
