My wife and I an incredible experience at The Big Biscuit in Independence! The food was absolutely amazing, huge portions, cooked perfectly, and completely hit the spot. What made it even better was the top-notch service. Our server was incredibly attentive without being overbearing, making sure we had everything we needed the whole time. We will definitely be back. I haven’t had big biscuit in a while so I ordered take out this morning. I’ve eaten at The Big Biscuit many times and get biscuits and gravy. Today’s breakfast was terrible. I remember their gravy being creamy like a milk based gravy but this morning it looked and tasted like a peppery greasy water based gravy. I tried to eat as much as I could but couldn’t. I won’t be going back to The Big Biscuit.
