Food was fine. View is nice. It's a fun vibe. Only negative was that we had the rudest bartender I've ever encountered. Didn't have a name tag but Ste was a shirt brunette. It wasn't busy so I'm not really sure why she was so rude.

We were made to wait in line on the stairs for about 30 minutes. It was a fire hazard — people couldn’t move, get up the stairs, or access the bathroom. Once we reached the top, we paid $10 each to get in. At the same time, people were also coming up via the elevator, which created confusion and led to fighting on the stairs as the two groups collided. After all that, the party was shut down almost immediately after we got inside. We had five people and paid $50 in cash, but we were not refunded. When we raised it, we were told there was nothing they could do.

Go here for the beautiful rooftop view of Downtown Indianapolis. We got some great photos and had a fun time! The drinks are good. I enjoyed their summer specials. They’re also doing a good job of monitoring capacity and ensuring spacing and safety during the pandemic. The staff were friendly and bartenders helpful and fast. Something to know, there are no restrooms on the Rooftop Garden & Lounge. You have to go down to Atomic Duckpin Bowling level in the same building. Not great upkeep of those bathrooms but again, you’re there for the rooftop view.

Here for the view - 5 stars on that - I don’t know much else in the city that has this kind of view and ambience but I’m here for it. Music is good, cocktails and service is decent. Never had the food yet.
