I went out to Texas to visit family from Indy and as a pit stop I visited this subway and was welcomed in by 2 amazing employees a blue-hair girl and a purple-hair girl. Both these young ladies were super nice, quick, patient and respectful I am glad to have chosen this subway location as my first stop in Texas ⭐

They messed my order up I asked for double portion and payed with square business on uber app for delivery. I did not receive it. Also I asked for mustard they gave me honey mustard as well. And I asked for avocado as well never received as well. Now they are ignoring the phone and I paid for and order that is not right nor fair. I called multiple times they picked up and hung up. And now no one want to pick up and I never even said my piece upon my order. They get one star thank you uber eats for the refund and peace I'm never ordering for you again your not square business peace. Money is

I come to this subway all the time for the past 10 years because I’m always in the area and the service is always so slow and SUCKS. It has been this way for MANY MANY years it’s pretty clear to me it is a management issue it’s not that the employees don’t try because I can tell they do but they always seem to run around like chickens with their heads cut off behind, confused, and slow.

Always disappoints somehow, always some nonsense. Last trip (6/14/26 @ 8:50) to this location, I pull up to the drive-thru and the person asks, "Is this for pickup?" Me: "No." A long, random pause, and I say, "Hello?" ... Nothing. I drive to the window, and I clearly see multiple people working inside. No one comes to the window, and I drive off. Either the service sucks here, or the portions are horrendous. Never again with this location. Just go to Griff's next door.
