First, I was greeted by the person behind the counter and you can Actually order at the counter!!! And! The production time was so fast that I wasn't able to write up two full (longer) text messages! I haven't had a fast food order that fast since pre COVID!!! And! The food was fresh, hot and tasty. Way better than other faster food chains I have visited. I was also impressed that the burger was made very well and not messy at all. 10/10 for a fast food place. Will be comi

B Connie★BK is normally pretty good for fast food, but this location is absolute garbage. The owner should lose this franchise for running it so poorly. Stuck for 33 minutes in the drive thru to be handed the wrong food and then after getting the "right" food was room temp. No apology, just a smirk attitude from a "Manager" who pushed me for a refund. Will never be back. Go over to 5 guys or McD's or Jacks and get treated normally.
