Mixed feelings. Terrible and great. I was immediately greeted by a large pool of standing water when entering the building. The bathrooms were disgusting. The dining room was a mess. Every table was dirty. There were no napkins available in the dining room, or even a place for them to have been available. Atmosphere and presentation was awful. However, the food was incredible. Exactly what I wanted. Really good. And the young lady at the counter was very nice Wish it was kept up better

I ordered at the drive-thru. The person taking my order kept making me repeat everything. I asked for a cheddar burger, onion rings, and a banana pudding shake. She made it a combo adding a drink and a side. So I asked for slaw & a root beer. I didn't get the shake and got fries instead of slaw. Plus there were FIVE onion rings plus fries that I didn't order. This is only my second visit ever to a Cook-out and will be my last. I was charged $13 for completely different food than what I ordered.

Everything was PERFECT! My husband and I are visiting Mississippi from Houston, Texas and we always have to make a stop at Cook Out. This was the best experience I’ve had at any location. The staff was extremely helpful, kind, and fast! It was so impressive to see how everyone worked together and communicated with each other to push all the orders out. This location has a really good team, and every single person that helped me with my order was super nice. The food was incredible.
