Only order on inside, yet waited for food for 12 minutes. Too long to have most of the food barely warm upon receipt. Burger looked unappealing and the bun looked old and cracked. Burger fell out of double wrapped paper onto table. The order was packed to go but we asked for dine in. Difficult to get into parking lot from front, but that's a design fault.

I have never in my life received such poor service from an establishment. From the moment the employee spoke over the speaker box, to the interaction at the drive-thru window, the experience was unacceptable. To make matters worse, by the time I got home—only five minutes away—my burger was already cold. I was told they were only taking mobile orders. When I asked for clarification, I was informed that they couldn’t take my order unless it was mobile. Confused, I asked if their system was down, and only then was I told yes. It was good. The service was excellent! I tried it for the first time in Arizona and enjoyed it. But this tasted different and the menu seemed different too. Not sure if I had a limited time burger. But I also had it with curly fries, and I didn't see that on the menu here. All in all, I enjoyed it, aside of my expectations.

The service was the best clean tables!. Quick and kind staff; good sauces, the 🍔 little bit dry. To be honest. But probably was bad timing. 😊
