I frequently post reviews, and rarely do I leave a negative one. However, our recent experience with Subway was disappointing and warrants a warning to others. We ordered takeout for our son's sleepover, but the food was unfortunately inedible. While we should have checked our order before leaving the store, it's unacceptable for a food establishment to serve such poorly prepared meals. Specifically, my toddler's veggie sub was overpowered by an excessive amount of pepper, making it unpalatable. I couldn't even eat one bite, let alone my 3 year old. Ordered 2 foot longs online and paid for them... ready for me to pick up. I did not feel a tip was appropriate as no personal service was rendered. But perhaps I should have because both buns were so dry and hard they broke apart into small pieces. Not just day old bread, but almost fossilized. Could it be this was a 'payback' for not tipping on the app?

Well they were pretty much out of everything. Only cheese available was pepper jack. Employees were very apologetic though. Said they got bombarded and the service truck was late. They did notify is when we walked in that the menu was limited. I needed something quick so we took what they had.
