First off, waiting 20 mins for hostess to even acknowledge me made me almost walk out. Then waiting on a refill of water for another 30 mins. Took my order. Simply 2 pancakes and sausage. Im 40 mins into sitting here, empty glass and a mentally disabled man about yelling on his phone. Im running away. I have seen 5 waitresses so far. Other tables got food before me. Nobody has said a word. 2 more mins and im walking out. I doubt they'd even notice. Update. 70 mins for a refill. Cinnamon roll was charred. Someone else's sausage gravy was brown. To be fair it was Mother's Day, but they weren't busy by any means. I came with 4 kids under the age of 10, which have very short attention spans. They put us in the back corner which is understandable being we had kids, but there was absolutely no space between the table seats behind us. Took them almost an hour from when we ordered until we started to eat. Never asked for refills, I had to ask when the food finally did come out, and the kids food you could tell was sitting for awhile. The cheese was already cold already on their burgers. As busy as the Restaurant was on Mother's Day, the care that was given to my elderly parents was just phenomenal. The food came quickly and was excellent. The Manager, Amanda (I think?) made sure that everything was perfect and assisted in getting Mom and Dad to their seats. Definitely above and beyond by all. Thank you all so much.
