As a Taco Bell lover who has given this store many-many chances, what even is this?? Do better guys!! For reference, this was supposed to be a spicy potato soft taco and nacho cheese dip. I would say they were both lacking overall.

This is both a review for both doordash, orders and regular in store orders. This used to be the best taco bell we had in janesville... however, after four messed up orders, I can safely say this is the one that you don't want to order from. Tacos that i've ordered from here.Have either been missing ingredients or are only forty percent full at best. This isn't just a one off thing. Its happened out of the five orders i've placed in the past month, four of them have been wrong or have been underportioned or had ingredients completely missing. I'm not sure if it's because they hired new staff

They genuinely can never get my order right. Just went through and ordered two cheesy gorditas crunches.. as you can see they aren’t. The customer service is always rushed and dismissive. I hate that this is the only taco bell close to the south side.

Update: tried one more time and regrettably the new dipping taco had less than an ounce of meat and 10 shreds of cheese. This store can't get an order right to save their soul. Update: decided to try again got the new beef nachos grande and 3/4 of box was left over chips. Instead of advertising 2x protein it should be 2x the left over chips due to lack of topping. Don't waste your $ Too many people in the kitchen, cooks, and cashier were distracted chatting. Ordered a Cantina Chicken bowl. It was a hard stretch to cover the bottom of the dish. Chicken was dried out, ordered no lettuce, and
