She was very friendly, made and held eye contact as if she was truly listening and she had an authentic and personable smile. It was as if she was very happy to be taking and serving my single order of crinkle-cut fries! Young people take note. She was accustomed to actual human interaction, and seemed herself to be a lovely human being. Arby’s, it’s in your best interest to keep her. I don’t usually eat at Arby’s.
