Donuts taste too commercialized. Not like years ago when everything was made in store. By that I mean the whole donut made at each location instead of being shipped in and finished at the location. Coffee and drink menu is getting better. Update!!! It really makes me sad when a place that I used to love as a kid has gone downhill so fast!!! Lobby was closed had my husband go through the drive thru for avacoda toast. Went back through because lobby was closed. Melissa was very rude. Refused to fix the order after arguing with her and her letting me know she gave a knife in the bag to spread the avocado toast. I insisted that is not what I ordered and finally after arguing for two solid minutes she said she would fix that. I gave her the wrong bread back and she spreaded the avocado spread on the two same pieces of toast that I gave her. I take it they're allowed to take food back. First time having dunkin in months & I can say I absolutely love this dunkin. The employees are so sweet and friendly. This place made me remember why I used to have a serious dunkin addiction. Coffee is always on point! Super kid friendly.

You guys keep raising prices and its getting old and its pure greed. Exactly why places like you and mcdonalds just experienced some of your worst fiscal quarters ever. These places wont stop raising until we stop paying, but slowly and surely people put their foot down and youre driving customers away
