Sooo bad I asked for fresh food and they didn’t give me anything good it was sooo bad then the manager lied to me saying that it was fresh. I can’t believe the manager she talked to me like scum and I had just pulled a double. All I wanted was goodish food and after I payed money for something I didn’t receive she lied to me. This was a Monday night so the manager working that night lied. And was rude as hell. If you don’t like your job find a new one without working for the public.

The crew was great. I have been getting the spicy chicken sandwich for years and over the past couple of years they have been rubbery in places. Today I ate one that was completely rubbery. The entire piece of chicken. I am so disappointed in the dip of quality. There is no excuse for this, given how much the sandwich costs. I will go elsewhere from now on.

Honestly I don’t think the employees care to be honest I know the managers sure don’t I mean it this just makes me not want to eat there anymore . This is the way my food what when I got it . It was cold and just thrown in the bag , no ketchup , no sauce for my nuggets , no mayo !! WOW WENDY’S PLEASE DO BETTER !!! Pretty sure my ticket said no onion !!

Sat in the drive thru almost 20 min with only one car in front of me. I ordered a 10 and 6 piece nugget. Got two containers with a total of 5 nuggets and my large fry was almost completely empty. Ridiculous. The food I actually did get was cold and old.
