I ordered at 9:30 pm and it’s been almost two hours and the delivery guy still hasn’t arrived at my door. Note that I live four minutes away from the store. This is dramatically exaggerating long time. I ordered free 16 pc bred bites it costed 20 points I would like for you guys to give me them back since I won’t be paying for the order when the delivery guy shows up. Supervisor needs to take action.

I always ordered form this place to carryout no problems at all so today I decided to order a delivery I asked to pay at the door so I can tip the driver so the driver left and I opened my pizza box and it was all messed up so I called the store they said they will make my pizza again and they asked me if I wanted to pick up my pizza or deliver so I said deliver and and hour pass by and I call again and the same guy responded and he told me oh your pizza it's been sitting here for awhile and I told him you asked me if a wanted to be delivered and I said yes and he just said oh I didn't catch

the team kicks axx BUT ! given it being a high volume moment [i ordered my *appetizer in advance] ...early evening hours... i was hoping it would be ready but it wasn't... i told the crew member that assisted me that i will be back..i wind up leaving and going to the store.. the issue i had was when i came back and it was difficult getting the attention of a staffer, mind you, it's good that the store was well staffed [i seen delivery drivers frequent the area handling their business, while the rest of the staff were focused on preparing pizzas.[FINE].. Whoever the delivery driver Scott is, needs to have training on how to read an address, or needs a new job. Deliveries getting mixed up to where I went and delivered the correct pizza. Even inside they're messing up pickup orders. I wouldn't touch here with a 10 foot pole
