Ordered a Deluxe chicken sandwich with bacon through DoorDash on my lunch break, got a plain spicy chicken sandwich instead. Whole lunch break and money wasted because I can’t eat spicy food. DoorDash won’t resolve the issue and chick fil a says there isn’t anything they can do either. Thanks

I would recommend this Chick-fil-A a 1,000,000,000 times to anyone. I have been to over 100 Chick-fil-A locations, and while they all have great customer service, this one has consistently gone above and beyond for me. The staff is always professional, kind, and welcoming. Honestly, even if the food wasn’t good (which it definitely is!), I would still choose this Chick-fil-A because of the people. Really disappointed with this visit to Chick-fil-A. The food quality and order accuracy were honestly terrible. My sandwich was cold, I specifically asked for no tomatoes and it still came with tomatoes, and I ordered a Dr Pepper but got a Coke instead. On top of that, we asked for four sauces total between two meals and only received a single barbecue sauce. The fries were probably the worst part — mostly tiny crummy leftover pieces that tasted like they’d been sitting around and thrown back in the fryer. For the prices they charge, I expected way better quality and attention to the order. O

I have never once in my life seen a restaurant become less efficient after closing down half a year to make room for mobile orders and delivery app drivers. The service is incredible... when you can actually get some. More than half your visits there's a massive line of people loitering around the entrance to pick up something and the poor girl by the drink fountain is scrambling to get their stuff together, so this of course means no refills unless you come during off hours. If you're not there for some app or the other you might as well use the drive thru, the lobby isn't for dining in anym
