We went through drive thru on our way back to Kansas City on 5/30. Got on the highway and pulled everything out of the bag and nothing we received was edible. Such a disappointment. Everything looked like a first grader made it. Absolutely no care at all. Bacon cheeseburger with no bacon. Nasty old fries. Cheeseburger with ketchup all over the place. Do not recommend this location. Submitted a complaint online and customer care said someone from this location would reach out. So far, we have received no response. $23 wasted.

Staff was very disconnected unfriendly unfriendly, and dirty. Standing outside smoking most of the time or walking around talking while one was mopping the floor while we ate pictures are of my coffee cup the way I got it nasty dirty some kind of crust on the bottom . The one with SpongeBob teeth was very hateful

I have genuinely never been in such an incompetent environment such as this Mcdonald’s. I truly believe none of them have a brain or common sense, at least once a week they completely mess up my order. Not like a, forgot my straw or sauces, maybe a fry or two. I mean whole orders. (multiple) Missing burgers and fries. And then they have the audacity to get upset at us when we come back through asking nicely for my missing item. There are specifically four workers there that do their job well; or at least well enough. A manger literally took and handed me the wrong order, and when I came back
