Thought I'd try the new smasher. Heard it was a nice change up. I just can't help but just feel disrespected when I give you $13 and you give me this slop I'm not even sure it's the right thing and the entire item is soaking in the water from the patty warmer. Props to the girls their trying to keep the broken equipment working as the menu failed while there. Burger was inedible due to what I can assume is 4x the normal quantity of sauce. Thanks for making me pay to ruin my lunch break.

Seriously?! This is unacceptable. I get being busy, which yall were, but that doesn’t mean you start changing the processes on how things are made. This is a 1/3rd of a sausage patty, cheese only at the bottoms, and my egg was a thin flat patty. Before I unwrapped it, it was the size of a junior. I ordered a regular.

Well I love the sonic smashers & I think they have the best French fries as anywhere else. I do order them with no salt so I get them fresh every time.

There are 4 cars here including myself. I have been here for 30 minutes waiting on 2 ice creams. First time I pushed the button no one answered. Waited 5 min pushed again. I know there are 2 runners and 3 people in the kitchen that I can see. This is unacceptable
