If I could leave no stars that's what they deserve . I placed an order on Uber eats the order came completely wrong called up and asked for a manager there is no manager in the store at all spoke to this girl they replace the items with things that I did not order. I asked for the manager to call me back won't be in for another day I'll see if that anything happens. Donuts were stale.. the girl didn't even know what she was saying . I asked for mgr she say ... No no one even if s mgr was there. A disgrace

I ordered well ahead on the mobile app. My drink still not ready, and it still came out wrong. This is happening more frequently here, despite being under new management. The only Dunkin that seems competent in the area is the one in Tequesta. I will say that when Jen makes my coffee, it is always out on time and with zero issue. The rest? Not so much. Edit: I finally went back. There was barely any caramel in my iced coffee so I asked for more. The guy handed me a separate small cup with caramel and said "you have to do it"...I walked out. This place is garbage.
