So today I DoorDash I normally don’t DoorDash but I ordered a combo and a mini taco salad for mother we couldn’t go out today. My mother is home ridden and I worked and I didn’t wanna cook, but here I am cooking the first time it happened. I let it go mistakes happen Today I called up there thinking OK you got a new person in the kitchen. Maybe you need to explain to them how to make this again so the mini taco salad is supposed to come with meat beans, lettuce, tomato cheese, and sauce. I ordered with no beans when the manager got on the phone, I said I have no cheese no tomatoes all I’ve go

Everything in my order was completely wrong, we paid extra for a deluxe box and extra to replace the meat with chicken and instead of beef and everything was beef and only got soft tacos from a burrito box with no burritos. This is the second time I’ve been at this location and I had the same issue the first time. I don’t know what kind of employees you got working there but they really need to get that ish together.

Extremely inconsistent product. With prices this high, a taco should be full, a burrito should be full. 75% of the time I buy from here I get half the food that I should (in terms of portion) and frankly I'm tired of rolling the dice. I grew up on Tbell and enjoy it once a week and I'm tired of gambling my hard earned money to get a half passed product. This only happens if the employees are trained to skimp on food. I was also told I need to reenter the line (of only 3 cars) to get an extra order of avocado before I even paid for the original order. Yikes

Can yall not slice burritos? The one down the street by Walmart just did.
