I ordered 2 BACON egg and cheese crossan’wiches for breakfast today. Instead, they gave me two sausage ones, and one had a SUNFLOWER SEED! Fall out of the packaging 🤢 Next to the sunflower seed was the black stuff on top of the sandwich?? VERY disappointed and frankly really upset that I wasted my money. I want a refund or replacement sandwiches made by someone who knows workplace cleanliness.

Me and my mom came in tonight with a big Krabby patty meal order (7 total, also two orders of nuggets ). The staff was so friendly and helpful for us. Not a single item was forgotten, and they answered all my many questions. Very thankful and pleased with the hard working employees :) .

Went there because it BK is typically one of the few places I am able to get food I am not allergic to, however we start our order and there is a 2$ upcharge on every burger we are about to order. When I ask about why there is a charge, the speak goes "well thats just because of the patty" and when I ask for more information the line is cut and another workers voice comes in reasking what we would like to order. It felt so underhanded me and the wife left without buying anything, and went to McDonlds. I still didnt get anything to eat, but at least she got something. Absolute bad experience al

The manager here is one of tbe best people to deal with any issue, take the time to listen and make things right even if it was my own fault thank you again. Customer service is golden here.
