Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen – A Delicious Find We tried Kassandra’s Mexican Kitchen and absolutely loved it. From the moment we sat down, the chips and salsa were fantastic—fresh, flavorful, and the kind you keep reaching for even when you know your meal is coming soon. I ordered the Carnitas La Mexicana, and it was delicious. The carnitas were tender and flavorful, with just the right balance of seasoning. Every bite was satisfying and clearly made with care. The food was good but we were there during happy hour so ordered a house margarita. Which when you walk in the sign said house Margaritas were $8 during happy hour. When our bill came was charged full price which was only $10 but when asked about not being happy hour price was told by Sergio our waiter we didn’t specify that we wanted happy hour price. I told him I ordered the house margarita didn’t know had to say HAPPY HOUR. The $2 diffence is not the issue it’s the waiters not being honest with us.
