Just witnessed the most Karen performance today. Lady blocks the drive thru by refusing to move and then she gets off and starts taking pictures of the employees cops had to be called to get her and her husband to leave. People do not give these employees the credit they deserve for what they have to deal with. Good Job guys!! love coming here with my kids for fast service

Employee of the month... NOT so much! What a mess of a manager. Completely unprofessional. First of all wasn't asked if we had a mobile code. Used a code as we do all the time and their system wouldn't accept it. Was told to pull forward and a manager can take care of you. Pulled forward and was told to pay full price. We showed the code on the phone. Still nothing. Asked for a manager was told "the code is not going to work are you going to pay full price or not?!?" We said no we aren't. We have a code given by McDonalds app and showed our given code in the app. Asked for her name she woul

Its McDonald's! Over the years the interaction with the staff has gone way down. But to be on the phone while I am trying to ask for help, getting ignored is another thing. Hopefully management can fix this behavior!

If you want the worst customer service, especially from the "manager" as well as food that is not fit for a dog then come to this McDonald's. I ordered 2 McChicken sandwiches with extra mayo. It's literally bread, chicken lettuce and mayo. How you mess that up is beyond me. I get home and there is a dab of mayo on the sandwich. I call and ask to speak to the supervisor. She tells me I have to bring the food back for a refund. It's a McChicken sandwich that YOU messed up. She then hangs up on me mid sentence. I drive back up there and she opens up the sandwich and says there's extra mayo on
