Every 6 or so months i give this sonic a try. I am always quickly reminded why i don't eat here. I ordered from the app. Grilled cheese with bacon and a root beer. The app said it would take 5 minutes so I headed to the sonic. I got there and checked in. 15 minutes after it said it would be ready the lady brought my food out and apologized, I was the only customer there. I get home and my order was incorrect. I hope in 6 months I remember not to give them another shot.

Worst place ever. The woman wearing the black hoodie who kept her face hidden was extremely rude while we were ordering our food. She kept asking the same questions over and over with a bad attitude. My husband told her several times that it was a single burger, not a combo. We also told her we only wanted mayonnaise, but she kept repeating the ingredients in a sarcastic way. The tots were completely cold, and salty and the burger bun was cold and dried out. We will never come back. Please hire employees who have a good attitude and care about customer service. She clearly did not seem happy t

The servers are very nice and always smile. I love my burgers and drinks a certain way and it takes a few explanations on the intercom. I'm sure it's not as clear when I talk into it the speaker. It all comes out fine however.

This has got to be one of the WORST locations I’ve ever seen across 3 states. Cold tater tot’s, wrong drinks, wrong items ordered, food was still practically fresh from the fridge. I would recommend driving somewhere else because for $26 getting cold food and terrible service you can take it somewhere else. Wouldn’t let my dogs eat from this location. Felt like today needed to be the review because multiple times I’ve gotten raw or cold food.
