Janie Salinas made it right. I appreciate her going out of her way to be kind and apologetic. Going from a 1 start to a 3. Pulled up to drive thru, nobody in line. Got my order taken. I paid. They gave me my drink and asked me to pull forward and too the right. So I did. Waiting like 10 minutes with multiple people passing me after getting their food. Someone eventually came and asked my name. Eventually my food came out and not a peep, not even an apology. No receipt even so I have no proof of purchase. 12:45pm 5/19.

Came in and guy didn’t even greet me ,basically acted like I wasn’t even there wasn’t sure if I should order or not he seemed very out of it.Didn’t say a word and didn’t even give me my cup for my drink after ordering.Considering he had a trainer shirt I expected better service.Next time I’ll just go through the drive through.This guy should NOT WORK HERE

Update on my prior review. This place still has burned-tasting fried foods every time I come. Their fryer oil looks like used motor oil because it is so dark brown and burned. It has pieces of onion rings & fries floating. Manager said if they change it more frequently, they'd get flagged by their bosses for spending too much on oil. That's crazy! But of course fast food mgt always gets bonuses on profitability... so to hell with the customer and quality. HEY Whataburger... charge me 5 cents more and give me QUALITY! My LAST VISIT! every time i go here they’re rude, the fries are cold and disgusting, & they always manage to mess something up. terribly ran, worst whataburger i’ve ever been to. it’s always such a let down.
