04/07/26 I went to Wendy’s today with my 2 kids in my van for the promotion free frosty & fry day I order them in the drive thru & Denise was very kind & helpful she made the orders for me & my kids who are in the back seats & the Mexican male manager I didn’t catch his name I was caught off guard by the exchange he comes up behind deniese looking into my back seats & says you have more people with you I said yes I do & roll my window down to show my kids in the back & he immediately changed his facial expression to angry/irritated/annoyed & took the food that they made already for my kids awa

Ordered Spicy nuggets, they tasted old and were hard as rocks. If we had eaten in the restaurant, I definitely would have taken them back. Service was okay

So today we had Wendy’s for lunch at my job, I got the Baconator fries. I always shake my fries up in the container before opening to mix in the cheese sauce thoroughly. I took a bite and immediately felt little hairs in my mouth. Upon further inspection I noticed small black hairs alllll throughout the fries. The manager did offer a full refund for the entire order, but this never should have happened to begin with.

They never get their online orders on time. What’s the purpose of selecting an exact time in the app when they still not gonna do it until you actually walk into the store and force you to wait.
